The railway is being constructed as a ground-level combined 5″ and 7 1/4″ gauge railway with a minimum mainline track radius of 55 feet. The trains are run at low speed for safety, but dogs should be kept under control and young children should be supervised at all times.

Both standard gauge and narrow gauge locomotives will be available and visitors are welcome to bring locomotives to the show days.
