Our aim is to provide our free, expert, independent services in total confidence to help local people with their problems. Our staff and volunteers have a deep understanding of both local and national issues affecting local people. They are fully trained and certified to provide expert up-to-date advice.

We know that sometimes life can seem all too much to cope with.

Problems with debt, work, and housing all seem to pile up, and it is difficult to see a way out. It may be that there are Benefits available that people do not know about or have difficulties in applying for.
