Capital&Centric, is a social impact investor, developer and operator and they’re working with Huntingdonshire District Council to transform the car park on Tebbutts Road into a vibrant, connected community. They want to elevate this part of St Neots by drawing on the area’s roots as a market town and including loads of nods to the past, recognisable features and iconic architecture. They’re creating something new which draws upon the area’s history while celebrating its classic skyline and bringing people back to this once-thriving area.

They wanted to make sure residents had sight of the proposals and were aware of how to take part in the consultation. It’s an opportunity to meet the team, explore the plans and share your thoughts before they submit a planning application later this year. The consultation closes on Friday 4th September.
